The Six Pillars
Six areas of attention. One current starting point.
The Six Pillars help you separate different kinds of rebuilding pressure so you can work out what deserves attention now instead of treating your whole life as one problem.
They are not diagnoses, personality types or stages you must complete in order.
STABILISE
Create enough steadiness to function. Useful when immediate pressure, overload or competing demands are making the next 24–72 hours harder to manage.
SECURE
Strengthen practical foundations. Useful when money, paperwork, responsibilities, resources or other practical gaps keep creating repeat pressure.
REGULATE
Create space between activation and action. Useful when emotion, stress or urgency is moving faster than deliberate choice in the moment.
REBUILD
Interrupt patterns that no longer work. Useful when the broader repeated sequence itself keeps producing an outcome you want to change.
RISE
Build direction, capability and momentum. Useful when you have more footing and need clearer priorities or visible forward movement.
THRIVE
Sustain growth without losing stability. Useful when progress exists and the next job is protecting it and making it more repeatable.
Two Pillars can look similar — the job is different
STABILISE or SECURE?
Choose STABILISE when immediate pressure is making now difficult to manage. Choose SECURE when a practical foundation keeps recreating the pressure.
REGULATE or REBUILD?
Choose REGULATE when the immediate issue is what happens while you are activated. Choose REBUILD when the repeating pattern itself is ready to be understood and changed.
RISE or THRIVE?
Choose RISE when you need direction and visible forward movement. Choose THRIVE when progress already exists and the challenge is making it sustainable.
Still unsure where to begin?
You do not need to diagnose the right Pillar yourself.
