DIGITAL PRODUCT PERSONAL-USE LICENCE

Effective date: 24 August 2026

LICENCE GRANT

When you purchase or lawfully receive a Somber digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use one copy for your personal, non-commercial use, unless the product expressly states different terms.

OWNERSHIP

The product is licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Somber or its licensors retain ownership of all copyright, trademarks, frameworks, designs, text and other intellectual property.

PERMITTED USE

• View and use the product for your own personal learning.
• Save a reasonable personal backup copy.
• Print a reasonable number of copies for your own use where the product is printable.
• Enter your own responses into a fillable or writable version.

PROHIBITED USE

• Sharing the file, download link or account access with another person.
• Uploading the product to a public, workplace, classroom, client or shared drive.
• Selling, sublicensing, renting, distributing or giving away copies.
• Removing ownership notices or presenting the content as your own.
• Adapting the content for resale, training, coaching or commercial delivery.
• Using the content to train an artificial-intelligence system or develop a competing resource.

GROUP OR PROFESSIONAL USE

Personal purchase does not authorise use with clients, groups, workplaces, classes or organisations. Contact hello@somberdaystosunshinerays.com.au to discuss written permission or an appropriate licence.

BREACH

A material breach may result in termination of the licence and restriction of access, without limiting other lawful remedies. Consumer rights relating to the purchase remain unaffected.
