Somber forms, questionnaires and Find Your Starting Point™ experiences are educational navigation tools. They may help a person consider which area, Pillar, tool or product could deserve attention.

A result is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, risk, legal, financial or other professional assessment. It does not diagnose a condition, determine safety, measure clinical severity or replace qualified advice.

HOW TO USE A RESULT

Treat a result as a possible starting point, not a verdict. Consider whether it fits the facts, your current capacity, responsibilities and real-world evidence. After action, the Rebuilding Progress Check™ can help you decide whether to continue, deepen, shift focus or reassess.

CURRENT FIND YOUR STARTING POINT™ IMPLEMENTATION

Somber’s primary Help Me Choose experience runs on Somber’s website and uses four quick questions to suggest one current starting area. A separate seven-question Find Your Starting Point™ Check-In is available as an optional deeper experience. Neither requires an email address to calculate or display a result, and neither requests free-text responses.

Selected answers are processed in the browser to calculate a suggested Starting Pillar. A result summary may be stored locally on the user’s device so the experience can function as designed. Interaction and result events may also be recorded through enabled store analytics or measurement tools, subject to Somber’s privacy and cookie settings.

The current tool should not be used to submit passwords, identification documents, health records, detailed financial information or urgent messages.

OTHER FORMS

If Somber uses a separate future form, event form, questionnaire or third-party provider, that form should identify the provider, purpose, information requested and relevant privacy handling at or before collection.

PRIVACY

Somber’s Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Notice apply where personal information, analytics data or device information is collected or processed. Optional analytics and tracking depend on the store settings and applicable user choices.
