OUR COMMITMENT

Somber aims to make its website and products practical and usable for as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing process and may vary across platforms, devices and product formats.

CURRENT APPROACH

• Use clear structure, headings and readable language where practicable.
• Maintain legible contrast and scalable website text where supported.
• Provide product descriptions that identify important formats and requirements.
• Offer Digital PDF and Printed Paper formats where stated for a product.
• Design printable materials to remain clear and usable when printed on standard A4 paper.
• Consider reasonable alternative access options where available.

KNOWN LIMITS

Some downloadable PDFs, third-party platforms, forms or historical materials may not meet every accessibility standard or work perfectly with every assistive technology. A fillable PDF is not automatically a fully tagged PDF/UA accessibility document.

If you encounter an access barrier, email hello@somberdaystosunshinerays.com.au with the page or product name, the barrier encountered, your device or assistive technology where relevant, and the format or adjustment that may help.

RESPONSE

We will consider reasonable requests in light of the product, available source material, technical feasibility, customer need and applicable obligations. We cannot guarantee every requested format, but we will communicate available options.
